Receptive

Receptive is the nature of one who serves. It is the station of second place.

Management is a service to the organization. The manager becomes receptive, yielding, devoted, moderate, and correct.

The receptive mind is obedient to natural principles and is able to develop understanding from confusion.

The manager makes things right, strives for fulfillment of his or her duty, and completes tasks without fabrication.

By remaining correct and steadfast, advantage will arise. Stay receptive and flexible while keeping firm to a goal. Seeking guidance, listening, and waiting are favored. The symbol of the mare is associated with this hexagram, as the mare is gentle and docile, yet strong. Creation and development will come through being receptive and patient.
